-breaking free of patriarchal constructs & moving at a pace that nourishes your feminine body
-honoring your fears as the holy ground for your possibilities & mastering your emotions
Temple Two: Embodied Remembrance
-reclaiming your divinity and resurrecting your radiance
-releasing the constrictions of time and allowing God to fuel your momentum
-running your business as a ceremony and embracing the fullness of your beloved identity
Temple Three: Embodied Expression
-cultivating sound clarity in your creative voice (not someone else's)
-trusting your expression as a vessel of expansion
-holding your power over people's perceptions

Manifestor 4/6, Cancer Sun, Leo Moon, and Leo Rising. I am passionate about working with rising women leaders because I believe we are powerful alone, but we are far more powerful together. My mantra is, “when you rise, I do too” and the world needs us now more than ever. I combine my practical and scientific knowledge as an Occupational Therapist with my intuitive and energetic gifts as an Embodiment Mentor. I work with soulful women who are ready to rise into their truth, radiance, power, and embodied expression. I have been honored to walk besides dozens of women in 1:1 mentorship and group programs over the past 2 years. I have organically and intuitively grown a sustainable 6 figure+ business following the vision God planted on my heart and staying committed to the mission I'm devoted to. I have supported other women in taking the leap from stability to possibility in starting and expanding their own businesses. When I started my business I made the commitment to myself that my body wouldn’t be thrown to the side, but she would be my sacred guide every step of the way. My clients work with me to receive structure and to be deeply seen. I’m gifted at integrating the feminine/masculine energies and blending the physical strategy with the energetic embodiment.
